| Dr. Dave Williams, President |
|
The founder and President of Stillwaters Estates Inc., Dr. Dave, as he was known to most of his patients, served for many years as a Family Physician in Centralia. A graduate of Seattle Pacific University and the University of Washington School of Medicine, he interned at the Philadelphia General Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and did his residency as a U. S. Air Force Physician. He and his family then spent several years in Taiwan and India prior to coming to Centralia to open a successful medical practice from which he recently retired.
Dr. Dave and his wife, Diana, who works in the office of Stillwaters Estates, are the parents of three children and 10 grandchildren. His oldest son is also a physician practicing in Centralia. A daughter teaches nursing at the local community college and at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, and a second son is employed by Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. In addition to his family and the several community Boards of which he is a member, Dr. Dave’s special interests include travel, genealogy, church, community and charitable projects. |

| Diana Williams |
|
Diana grew up in Seattle, where she graduated from Ballard High School and attended Seattle Pacific University. It was during her studies at SPU that she met her husband of 45 years, Dr. David Williams. Following his graduation from the University of Washington School of Medicine and an internship in Philadelphia, they lived for 4 years in Taiwan and 3 years in India before moving to Centralia in 1976 to enter private practice.
She likes interior design, entertaining and cooking for family and friends, spending time with her grandchildren, and traveling.
Following their move to Centralia, Diana and her husband began to envision the development of a retirement community that would provide affordable quality homes, with features that would enable residents to stay in their home indefinitely. That dream soon became a reality as work began on what was to become Stillwaters Estates. Diana began working in the office soon after its inception in 1986. She works primarily with the builder to design new homes for our buyers. She also designed and decorated Stillwaters Colonial Residence, the Assisted Living Center located on the grounds of Stillwaters Estates. |

| Sherri Garland |
|
Sherri has been with Stillwaters Estates since February 2006. She obtained her real estate license in April of that year and has truly enjoyed working with “the greatest generation”. In addition to selling real estate, she also manages the rental apartments at Stillwaters, and serves as the Administrative Assistant in the office.
Sherri’s hope as she begins each day is to be a blessing to someone here at Stillwaters; however, “it usually turns out just the opposite as someone coming into the office ends up blessing ME!”
After moving to Centralia in 1972 from the Yakima Valley in Central Washington, Sherri graduated from Centralia High School in 1977. She married a local boy, and raised two sons in this “outstanding community”,
and can’t imagine living anywhere else!
Her previous work experience includes 25 years as the Secretary to the Superintendent of Schools for the Centralia School District. |

| Ilya Dishkant |
|
Ilya has been with Stillwaters Estates since 1992. He learned gardening from his father who grew flowers and tomatoes as a business while Ilya was growing up in his childhood home in Russia. Ilya later attended college in Muldova in Southern Russia, getting a degree in engineering. As a result of his background and training in both of these areas, he has been able to provide solid leadership to our grounds and maintenance crews. The result is what many of our residents have referred to as the beautiful “resort-like” look to the yards and landscaping throughout Stillwaters.
Ilya immigrated to the United States in 1990 and soon landed in the twin-cities area of Centralia-Chehalis, Washington through the influence of his sponsor, who lived in Chehalis. He enjoys the interaction he has with our residents, and takes great pride in the appearance of our yards and land-scape. He is married and the father of three children, ages 2-11. His wife, Lubov, serves as the Head of Housekeeping at our Colonial Residence Assisted Living Center. |
